The Centre for Social Infrastructure Research (CSIR) is a new independent research institute established in October 2020 as an affiliate centre for research of the Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER). The Centre was established as an extension of the MIER Health Financing Research Group (MIER-HFRG). The centre focusses on public policy, social economic impact studies and feasibility, covering healthcare, education and social support services.

MyWay Digital Health is a University of Dundee spin out company. MyDiabetesMyWay (MDMW) our flagship product, has been running since 2008 across NHS Scotland, funded by the Scottish Government and is now being implemented in various sites in NHS England. MyWay Digital Health aim to transform diabetes care through implementation of MyDiabetesMyWay, which is a comprehensive self-management education platform and electronic personal health record (linking data across NHS sectors (primary and secondary care).

The National Diabetes Institute (NADI) is established to provide a dedicated and comprehensive service for diabetics, to prevent and control diabetes and its complications. NADI is a non-profit organisation managed by a Board of Trustees comprising representatives from the Malaysian Endocrine and Metabolic Society (MEMS), Diabetes Malaysia (DM), Ministry of Health (MOH), Elected and Founding members.
